Hey everyone! My name is Gabrielle, and I am a freshman at Liberty University. This is my second semester here, and I am absolutely loving it! I am originally from New Jersey. Although I am a city girl at heart, living in the mountains with an amazing view is a nice change of pace.
I love fashion—a lot. I like to stay up to date with the newest trends. Living so close to two major cities has definitely helped inspire my sense of style. Along with street style, models and celebrities inspire my looks as well. For instance, I might find a makeup look that I like from one model, a shirt that I love from a musician and some killer jeans that are to die for from a celebrity, piece them together, and create my own look. Choosing an outfit every day has to be one of my favorite parts of the day, because after all, a good outfit helps create a good day, right?
These pictures were taken during a photoshoot with some friends around New York City. The gray trench coat was borrowed from a friend that she had thrifted. My black jeans are from PacSun. My new favorite shoes that I am currently obsessing over are the platform boots I am wearing. I got these babies for Christmas, (thank you mom and dad!), and they are from H&M. Completing this look, I am wearing my Coach metallic gunmetal leather purse.
I am so excited to have been chosen as a Style Guru this semester for Liberty University! I cannot wait to show you my different outfits throughout this semester. After all, winter and spring fashion makes up some of the best looks. Now let’s get this semester started!
