STYLE GURU BIO: Brianna Fox-Priest

Since my first day of kindergarten, teachers and students alike have pointed out how unusual my last name is (something I am proud of now), and I am often remembered because of it. You can often find me writing on my personal blog or creating YouTube videos, where I share some of my favorite seasonal pieces or makeup products. I want viewers to be able to not only remember me by my last name but by the unique outfits I wear, and find inspiration for their next outfit.

I gather inspiration for an outfit from my surroundings, sometimes a particular color scheme or other students and my favorite beauty and fashion bloggers inspire my outfits. My style cannot really fit into one category, because it often changes on a daily basis. Some days I go for a sweet and causal look with a sweater dress, trench coat and stackable rings while other days I rock my jean jacket with a over sized V-neck, ripped skinnies and combat boots. I love being able to change my style by combining pieces to make a totally different look. At the moment I enjoy mixing different lengths and textures to complete a unique look. I love creating an outfit based around one item (it’s the little things in life!). So it’s not much of a shock why I want to pursue a career in styling. You can usually find me shopping in Forever 21, H&M or Francesca’s.

I am very excited to be a part of the CollegeFashionista team again this spring, and I cannot wait to show you all a glimpse of some amazing outfits of other Fashionistas/os here at the University of Delaware!
