STYLE ADVICE OF THE WEEK: Spring Knit-Picking

It’s easy to compromise an outfit with staying comfortable, but with the warm weather finally approaching you can find this Fashionista looking for any reason to get dressed up. Springtime means fresh starts and even fresher outfits. I can’t think of a better way of staying motivated during the semester than putting on an outfit you’re crazy about.

This Fashionista is wearing simple staples that have been combined and made into a killer outfit. She is wearing a knit maroon tunic that is perfect for spring because it keeps her warm but looks summery. Lace bralette’s are one of my favorite staples to any outfit because they are comfortable and soft, yet still add style to your outfit.

Her light wash, ripped jeans are classic and casual, and also super easy to pair with any outfit. One of the most popular items in the fashion industry are booties. You get the feel of boots without the restriction, and they work for any season. This Fashionista is wearing a pair of brown fringe booties, which give her look more of a boho feel.

No one has space for bulky purses these day’s, instead, she is carrying a white leather over-the-shoulder bag, perfect for spring. To top it off, she’s wearing a gold, three layer necklace. It’s small and simple, but also adds a lot of personality to the outfit.

What is your STYLE ADVICE OF THE WEEK? “I love the knitted casual look. It’s still great for going out, whether that’s with your parents or with your friends.”
