Five Ways To “Healthify” Your Favorite Fall Dishes

While you might think that haunted houses, cornfield mazes and horror movies are the only things you need to be scared of this month, I have something that is probably spookier than all of those things combined: how unhealthy some of your favorite fall dishes really are.

Okay, so maybe I’m being a little over dramatic; but truth is comfort food comes with a cost. While I do agree that the holidays are all about indulging, and that you should often partake in “treating yo self,” I also am a firm believer in cutting back where you can. While swapping out your grandma’s secret casserole recipe for a more lean alternative this season may seem like a scare-fest, I promise you it can be easy (and delicious)! So without further ado, here are some guilt free fall recipes that you can savor all month long.
