This month’s theme is confidence, so we’re turning up the self-love and recommitting to pursuing our personal passions as the first order of business on our list this February. Whether you’re thinking about emailing your résumé to your dream company, planning that BFFs trip abroad, or simply recommitting to a new definition of work-life balance, February is the perfect time to trust your intuitions and make your dreams—however big or small—a reality.
To help you pump up the motivation to put yourself first all month long, we’ve enlisted our community to create the perfect “You do you” playlist, featuring empowering ballads from Haim and Daya as well as romantic ballads by Børns and Lana Del Rey to flip the script on Valentine’s Day.
