Fall staples seem to be the big hit of wardrobes around campus this time of year, with numerous Fashionistas/os showing off their best style pieces. Besides, who doesn’t love rocking their new warm outfit from head to toe while beautiful leaves are falling all around?
During a hectic finals week, I caught this Fashionista strolling around campus in such a calm and collected winter look that immediately grasped my attention. This Fashionista used her day off of finals to find her inner Style Guru and created this classy look. Walking down the chilly streets of Columbia, this girl braced the cold and strutted her showstopper style for all to see.
This Fashionista’s attire included a J.Crew white and navy V-neck sweater styled under a red and navy checkered vest paired with classic black jeans and taupe riding boots. To add a little bright sparkle, this Fashionista accessorized with a bold statement necklace, simple diamond drop earrings, a few gold bracelets and a Michael Kors gold-faced watch. Tying the look together, this girl flaunted her basic kate spade black clutch and Ray-Ban aviator sunglasses.
From the shining jewelry to the sophisticated outfit, this Fashionista really knew how to accomplish her look by bringing out the basics, especially with her accessories. This outfit sure added a pop of style and spark to a long finals week!
