Spring is almost here! Midterms are finally over and we’re all looking forward to Spring Break. We’re so ready to ride around with the windows down while soaking up the sun. I know I’m ready to shed this painfully pale exterior that I call skin. This Fashionista shows us a couple ways to make the transition from winter to spring super functional and easy.
First off, Vans are now back and better than ever. With the “Daniel” Vine going viral, Vans have been spotted on every campus. However, as this Fashionista expresses, white Vans aren’t the only shoes making a comeback. Easy, comfortable shoes are always in style, no matter the season.
High-top lace-up skate sneakers are very good option to pair with more laid-back pieces. Her ripped jeans go well with the striped boat neck top effortlessly. I really enjoyed how she brought out the sunglasses on this sunny day in Georgia. Both cute and practical!
This is the perfect transition outfit simply because the long sleeve shirt is light, yet provides enough coverage for cold classrooms and breezy mornings. The vest looks stylish and gives the whole outfit a nice casual touch. I especially loved how her backpack matches the material of her Vans. The sneakers are a perfect statement that says “I’m effortlessly cool.” I think we can admit this Fashionista did a RAD job at creating a cute and comfy everyday look.
How To: To recreate this Fashionista’s look, you’ll need a long sleeve shirt, distressed jeans, a puffer vest and any style of Vans.
