STYLE GURU STYLE: Nomadic Weekend Getaway

Hey loves! One of my favorite things to do is to drive out to somewhere new and explore on the weekends. I love discovering new shops, places to eat and secret hot spots with my friends and family. Shopping at boutiques and small businesses is also a great way to find some unique pieces that no one else you know has!

For this little weekend getaway, I wore one of my new favorite bohemian outfits. It was actually my first time wearing this dress out and I got tons of compliments that day! For an easy yet chic weekend look, I love to wear casual and comfortable dresses. What I love most about dresses is that they are a whole outfit on their own, but I personally like to add some accessories here and there. Though this shift dress has a basic silhouette, its intricate and colorful embroidery detailing makes it a unique showstopper! This dress has long sleeves, but they can easily be worn rolled up like I did. This makes it a great transition dress from summer to fall, or even spring to summer.

Since I was going for a more casual look and knew I would be walking a lot, I paired my dress with my favorite vechetta brown sandals from Tory Burch and my go to tote from Louis Vuitton. For fall, this dress would look darling with brown knee-high boots and a faux fur vest over it! This look can also be dressed up for a birthday dinner or special occasion with some cute nude or red wedges and a small clutch bag. You can find my exact dress here and my Tory Burch sandals here. I hope I inspired you dolls to go on a weekend adventure of your own!
