Hey guys! My name is Deanna Dream Herrington. I am a student at Syracuse University majoring in Communications and minoring in Marketing. Ever since I was a young girl, I have always had a passion for fashion.
I was raised in a small town in New York, about an hour outside of NYC. I have traveled to many places and gained tons of experience from different countries that have contributed to my fashion eye. I have interned for fashion magazines and even celebrity stylists. My future has a lot in store for me, as I will be spending a semester abroad in Hong Kong for the fall of my senior year. My passion for the fashion industry has a lot to do with my decision to travel Asia.
I would describe my fashion style as very “Kanye.” As a female, I often enjoy going out of the norms and incorporating men’s style into my looks, just because I love so much of men’s fashion today. My favorite color is black and although it can seem to be a very plain and simple go-to, I feel that it is one of the coolest colors. I often remain conservative, but always chic. Your clothes are a form of expression and one’s style can tell so much about a person.
This experience with CollegeFashionista is going to be amazing, and I am so excited to share what I have in store with all of you for summer ’16.
