Hey fellow trendsetters and fashion experts! I’m Chelsea Elizabeth Cunningham and that’s a name you’ll probably never forget because of how long it is. I’m a Strategic Communication and Marketing senior at the prestigious Loyola University in the cultured city of New Orleans. I’m literally from the bottom of the map, Louisiana. You know the boot-shaped state? Just along the river is a small city called Baton Rouge with a huge heart and a scorching hot sun. I grew up there.
My passion for fashion (as cliche as that sounds) began when I was in high school. My mom pretty much influenced all of my outfit ideas (because I stole all of her clothes) and although I didn’t always make the best fashion decisions, over time I developed my own sense of style. I began looking to my surroundings for fashion inspiration. Then I met Tumblr and we fell madly in love.
My journey in this world is bound to be an interesting one because I’m passionate about so many things. I’m still considered a baby at 21 years old, but as I grow I plan to write, create, feel, love, learn and laugh. Traveling allows me to open my mind. Writing enables me to share my experiences. Fashion is the gateway for expression, allowing me to be transparent without saying a word.
