WHAT TO WEAR: Workout

Exercise? Oh, I thought you said extra fries. Going to the gym doesn’t have to be a bore! This Fashionista shows how breaking a sweat does not have to mean turning in items that are chic and trendy. Follow this Fashionista’s lead and have fun getting dressed for the gym. Plus, go hard there, so that when you do order that side of fries, they taste all the more scrumptious.

This Fashionista planned well for her weekend workout, as her look is not only cool and sleek but also functional! Her black Nike T-shirt is perfect for wicking sweat as well as masking it. Wearing such a shirt was a smart decision on her part, as if she had worn a gray-toned top, it would have highlighted any sweat marks. You never know whom you might run into at the gym!

Her choice of leggings was also a smart decision, as their coverage is perfect for any and every exercise she conquers at the gym. Their length helps to prevent chafing while she rides the stationary bike and the pants’ hidden pocket at the waist allows them to stash away her phone, key and cash as she runs on the treadmill. Plus, while the Fashionista is down on her yoga mat, stretching and doing core exercises, she doesn’t have to worry about her bottoms falling out of place. In addition, their cutouts make them extremely flattering and trendy.

Her Nike kicks are subtle and add a fresh surprise to her otherwise streamline outfit. Plus, the quilted pattern makes them more breathable, adding to their comfort. Her headband is Lululemon and it is perfect for keeping fly aways off her face. Last but not least, a necessity at the gym is water and this Fashionista’s bright orange bottle adds a fun pop of color to her otherwise monochromatic look.

One Simple Change: Swap out the chunky black sweatshirt for a denim jacket. Remove the headband and throw on a pair of reflective shades. After washing your face, spray on a fresh layer of perfume and rub in some dry shampoo. This Fashionista is ready for brunch and eager to enjoy a piece of avocado toast. Plus, some fries.
