WHAT TO WEAR: St. Patrick’s Day Chic

St. Patrick’s Day is coming up and I’m sure we all have very fond memories of our friends and family pinching us for not wearing green. Green may not be a very flattering color for a lot of people, but never fear! You can always look for that shade of green that suits you. This Fashionista is wearing a sage green slip dress, which is complemented by the pink undertones in her skin. Slip dresses have been trending recently and can be paired well with a nice bralette or a short sleeve T-shirt.

Accessories can be a life saver when it comes to St. Paddy’s. For example, this Fashionista has her hair pulled back with a velvet, green scrunchie. So, if you think green really isn’t your color, something small like a scrunchie or nail polish can keep you safe from the St. Paddy’s pinching police. To create a soft, boho-chic look, this Fashionista decided to accessorize with pastel pink and black. This dress would also look good with some simple gold jewelry, such as a choker and some stud earrings. The sunglasses are good for during the day, and then at night, try switching to some fun glasses like these.

You can wear a neutral makeup look and maybe add a touch of green in the outer crease of the eye. And if you’re feeling really bold, you can wear some dark green lipstick to really make a statement. I hope y’all are happy and safe this St. Patrick’s Day, and stay pinch-free!
