WHAT TO WEAR: Spring

They always say that the grass is always greener on the other side, and in the case of spring, it definitely is.  The temperatures have finally risen and the flowers are starting to bloom. Away go our parkas and Sorel boots and out come our spring essentials.  But as the season starts to change, it can be hard to get back in the swing of warm weather fashion. Thankfully, Fashionista/os everywhere are starting to adapt their personal style to temperatures 70 degrees and above.

This Fashionista is decked out with essentials that help her achieve her signature look. The entire ensemble is perfect for a warm spring day and incorporates pieces that everyone is likely to already have in their wardrobes.  The Fashionista is sporting a pair of distressed blue jeans from Joe’s Jeans, which are a classic piece that not only allows your legs to get fresh air, but also allow the outfit to look edgier.  On top, the Fashionista is wearing an oversized olive T-shirt from rag & bone, which she knots in order to show some skin while keeping the look relaxed and put together.  As a sporty addition, the Fashionista is wearing a pair of classic adidas sneakers which are the perfect practical shoe for walking around campus. These shoes have been very trendy these past few months and will continue to be throughout these warmer months.  To finish off her look, the Fashionista put on a pair of gold sunglasses from Tory Burch. They’re not only practical by blocking out the harsh rays in this sunny weather, but they add a pop of glam to the ensemble. It’s clear that this Fashionista is finishing the school year and rocking spring in style!

One Simple Change: To make this look more dressed up for a night out with the girls, swap the distressed jeans for a denim skirt.  Paired with the adidas sneakers, the outfit will look sporty-chic and you’ll be ready to take on the town!
