These tiny strips of fabric can be seen around the necks of everyone from Rihanna to Kendall Jenner. This ’90s-inspired piece frames the neck and hair line, making it ideal for a trendy shoulder length cut.
One Simple Change: Looking to turn this simple crochet dress into something more formal? Try opting for a same length black skirt over the long black pant. Then ditch the jacket, add some heels and it’s party time!
