“New Year, new me.”
Every new year this saying fills my head as it does many others. The new year is a time to focus on what your dreams and aspirations are before the stress of the new semester takes hold.
Late holiday parties are the perfect way to show off your killer new attitude and try a trend you’ve been too afraid to attempt. Maybe it’s body suits or a deep plunging neckline, but either way this is the time to rock it.
Fashion is the perfect way to show off your new found attitude and resolutions. Want to try out a new look or outfit? Go for it. 2017 is the year for you to be brave and try out new things.
This Fashionista hopped on the fur trend in the best way possible. She paired a white fur vest with a simple black sweater dress to ensure warmth but also add texture and something unexpected to the ensemble.
She finished off the look with black sheer tights and a pair of red velvet booties that are to die for. (She always gets compliments on them!) The best way to make the look complete is to add a red smokey eye and nude lip.
Other trends you can try out this (late) holiday season are sequined jackets or even fur jackets. They can add a little sparkle and flavor to any look.
Just remember, stay true to yourself but step out of your comfort zone every once in a while. 2017 will be your year.
