WHAT TO WEAR: Greek Life

Ahh yes, it’s that time of year when every Greek on campus is repping their letters and trying to attract potential new members. Being a Greek myself (and a Style Guru), I feel like greek style is something that doesn’t get too much attention, but really should! As a Greek, you start to accumulate LOTS of T-shirts and sweatshirts that tend to pile up in your closet, and are inevitably worn to bed or to the gym. Well, I think it’s time to get some inspiration and create some stylish ways to wear your old bid day shirts or adorable letters.

This Fashionista is seriously in the spotlight (not to mention probably catching the eyes of many PNMs) with her outfit. It’s street-chic, but looks comfy and casual! Fall is getting near and that means time for oversized T-shirts and baggy jeans. She sure got the memo! This tie-dye tank can be seen from miles away with bold colors and that awesome cat. Tying the shirt up gives us a peek at those Calvin’s that we all know and love. Her low, baggy boyfriend jeans are simple, but the distressed look makes this more edgy. Her bright white Vans and matte black Quay sunglasses are the perfect accessories for this outfit. It’s always fun to match the cat on your shirt!

There are so many great ways to wear your Greek shirts instead of letting them get wrinkly in your dresser. Take an old recruitment shirt and cut the bottom to make it a crop top or you can take your simple letter and tie them up with some high-waisted shorts or a skirt. Sleeves too long? Make it a tank and throw on a cardigan or a button-down! It’s always awesome to rock your letters around campus so why not stand out with a killer outfit and represent your chapter too!
