WHAT TO WEAR: Greek Life

Greek women are constantly running across campus. They go from class, to chapter meetings, to the Starbucks across from campus and back to Panhellenic meetings. My brain doesn’t comprehend the fact that they conquer all of the events Greek life throws their way, balance the school workload and maintain their social life and GPA, all while looking absolutely fabulous. I couldn’t have been luckier to catch this Greek Fashionista on campus as she left the library on her way to her chapter meeting.

Business casual—nobody really knows what that really means, but the open-ended attire is required for this Fashionista’s weekly meetings, because Greek women are professional and ready for anything that comes their way. This Fashionista shows us exactly how to pull the look off with her daring move to sport a dreamy, free flowing shirt tucked into a suede skirt. To make the look more formal, she threw her cream, knit cardigan on over her shoulders and wore strappy sandal heels, which are perfect for the sunny days in San Diego.

For accessories, this Fashionista decided to go bold with her gold, spike necklace, which adds a touch of glam to her look. She decided to make a statement with her colorful watch, as well as various rings.

Let’s celebrate our sartorial sisters, like this Fashionista, and give them credit for not only giving us closet inspiration, but for bringing life to our campuses.

One Simple Change: Like this look? Turn this elegant look into a casual outfit for Saturday’s brunch date with the girls by leaving the cardigan at home and sporting a strappy tank top for fun and effortless vibes.
