WHAT TO WEAR: Graduation

School is ending, summer is starting, and graduation party season is just around the corner! With friends, family and classmates graduation invites are pouring in throughout the summer and preparing outfits for all different parties can be hard. Well one event is down and rompers are in town.

Seen here, the one piece is a major purchase from Nordstrom Rack. Not only is a romper necessary this summer, but one with pockets too! The straight across, off the shoulder neckline makes it easy to pull off any sort of necklace from a pendant to a chocker. The initial pendant sported today is one from kate spade’s “One in a Million” collection sold at Nordstrom. Adding to any outfit, nail polish is more important than some may think. I am loving the fresh coat of white, Sally Hansen Miracle Gel for today’s shoot. Moving down to the shoes, these simple, fun white and gold sandals are perfect for graduation party hopping!

The overall look is made to go from one event to the next, with little to no wardrobe malfunctions. The effortless flow of the neutral color scheme and ease of comfortably make this outfit one of my favorites.

One Simple Change: Graduation party by day, GNO by night. With a few minor details, this Fashionista altered her playsuit into a girl’s night out look. She switches out her flat, white sandals for a pair of nude, cork bottom wedges. These are a steal from Target and they’re perfect to show off during the hot summer months. Adding to the cream and black, the coral set from J.Crew modifies the mood of this color scheme for a summer night out.
