WHAT TO WEAR: Errands

It’s no question that when you’re in college, you’re constantly busy. From classes, to jobs, to extracurricular activities, to staying healthy and sane; there really never is a free moment. You need to be dressed for pretty much anything these days. You also need to be comfortable enough that you can tackle anything that comes your way. Most importantly, you cannot sacrifice your style because of how clouded your agenda is that day.

This Michigan State Fashionista has the busy-but-chic look down to perfection. This outfit is ideal because it can take you to your early morning lectures, mid-day errands, and have you back in time for your evening meetings. I’m not going to lie, when this Fashionista’s Yeezy Boost 350’s caught my eye, I couldn’t pay attention to anything else she was wearing.

Once I regained focus, I became obsessed with her entire look. This Fashionista paired her favorite black leggings with a simple black and white graphic T-shirt and satin bomber jacket. Just because you’re on the run doesn’t mean you’re forced into wearing a hoodie and calling it a day. A bomber is the best investment because it can be as casual as this Fashionista makes it or it can be thrown over your favorite LBD when the night rolls around.

The baseball cap is making a serious comeback as of recently, and this Fashionista proves to me why. It tops off the whole look (no pun intended), is a match made in heaven for the bomber jacket and lets you get away with not tending to your hair that morning. What’s not to love?

No Yeezy Boosts in your closet? Have no fear, you can get the same sporty-chic look with practically any running shoe, but these Nike Air Max Thea running shoes are my favorite.

One Simple Change: Not much of a hat person, but having a bad hair day? Instead of going for the predictable ponytail, get your hair into two sleek boxer braids. You won’t have any strands flying into your eyes, and by the end of the day, you’ll have some killer curls.
