WHAT TO WEAR: Day To Night

As the semester winds down, our schedules are becoming more hectic. Trying to stay fashionable while juggling school, work and a night out on the town is not an easy feat. As if it was not hard enough, we have to battle random weather changes as well. So what is a Fashionista to do?

This Fashionista composed the perfect weekend day to night look. I love how she kept her outfit all-black and allowed her jewelry (and blue hair) to be the focus of her outfit. My favorite element of this Fashionista’s look is her gold body chain that she wore underneath a black lace crop top. This Fashionista paired the black crop top with black high-waisted shorts. To battle the heat versus cold weather, she opted to wear a black leather blazer to complete her ensemble. Her black and gold pointed-toe pumps make it easy for this Fashionista to transition from running errands to dancing at the local bars. I love how fun and edgy her outfit is, showing just enough skin but still packed with traffic-stopping fashion. This Fashionista tied her look together by pairing her ensemble with a black Michael Kors cross-body bag, black cat-eye sunglasses and chunky gold bracelets.

One Simple Change: San Marcos is full of the stairs and hills that make it almost impossible for Fashionistas to comfortably wear stiletto heels on campus. If you’re loving this Fashionista’s look, you can swap the pumps for a pair of black flats to go to class. These snake embossed ballerina flats by Tory Burch are my favorite and a must-have in every Fashionista’s closet!
