WHAT TO WEAR: Concert

Concerts, shows and music festivals are a huge part of every college student’s summer social calendar. Whether you’re raving at EDC, dancing to Florence + the Machine at Lollapalooza or kicking back at a show in your local bar, looking stylish while enjoying your favorite music is always a plus. Actually, looking stylish while doing anything is always a plus!

This Fashionisto looks stylish while still managing to stay comfortable in a sweat resistant adidas shirt and a pair of cuffed denim shorts, perfect for staying cool in steamy summer day concerts. He pairs this sporty combo with mid-shaft socks and Sperry Top-Siders slip-ons to keep comfortable during the long hours of standing or dancing at the show. The look is accessorized with a flat-brimmed baseball hat—to shield from the sun—and classic black specs. This Fashionisto perfects summer concert wear in an unexpectedly cool way.

Whatever city you’re in, and no matter what music genre you enjoy, I’m sure you’ll be in attendance in at least one of the countless concerts, music festivals and shows happening this summer. Make sure you dress the part while rocking out to your favorite artists. I know I absolutely cannot wait to see ODESZA—while wearing my favorite crop top, shorts and sneakers—at Lollapalooza this year!

One Simple Change: Daytime concerts are a blast, but evening shows are extra fun. Take your look from day to night by swapping the athletic top with a lightweight sweatshirt to keep warm in case it gets chilly. You can also switch the slip-ons for an equally comfy pair of sneakers for a more evening appropriate look.
