WHAT TO WEAR: Cold Weather

Unfortunately the cold weather doesn’t seem to be going anywhere here at Vassar. Instead, students have had to get used to bundling up before stepping foot outdoors. Yet while bundling up can turn into a disastrously layered mess pretty quickly, it can also be a new opportunity to rock some cute winter wear. With a variety of coats, scarves and boots, there are endless style combinations just waiting to happen.

This Fashionista is an expert at looking cute and dressing appropriately for the chilly temperatures. I am obsessed with her toggle coat. The buttons are super chic and add a special element to the coat itself. The fabric is also very warm and perfect for layering.

As for her accessories, they are eye-catching and on point. Her cream scarf has a lovely texture and pops against her dark jacket. It also looks thick and cozy, which means it’s perfect for wrapping around her neck on blustery days. Her ring assortment is another great addition to her overall outfit. The different shapes and styles are visually appealing and add an unexpected detail.

All in all, this Fashionista knows what it takes to survive the winter chill. Her jacket is stylish, sturdy and goes nicely with her comfy white scarf. She will have no problem tackling the last few weeks of cold before the campus finally transitions to springtime weather.

One Simple Change: Hitting up the library after your walk from class to class? Add a pair of thick socks and layer a cardigan underneath your coat. You’ll be extra cozy and ready to power through a few hours of homework.
