As the semester is winding down and summer break is right around the corner, it can be hard to think about putting outfits together to wear to class. The beginning of the year brought so much potential, but by the end, it’s sweats and T-shirts for even the most stylish and put together of Fashionistas! Comfort over style wins every time among college students. Not that this is a bad thing, but I prefer to have both! I spotted this Fashionista who seemed to have this balance perfected!
My preferred outfit for a long day of class is a T-shirt dress, sandals and my favorite sunglasses, because you look like you’ve put in a bit of effort, but it’s really easy to throw on and head out the door. I really wanted to feature this Fashionista because her and I seem to agree on the style/comfort combo.
It does take a bit of extra effort to find some casual/cute clothing, but it’s actually quite easy to find super cute T-shirt dresses at all of your favorite stores! This Fashionista’s dress is an easy find online and in pretty much any retail store. NASTY GAL, Forever 21 and Brandy Melville have some killer options, just to name a few! I’m also loving this Fashionista’s Coach bag she’s using to carry her books and essentials, and floral sandals for a pop of color. Pairing it with sneakers or booties would look great, too. She tops her outfit off with a cap and some aviator sunglasses.
One Simple Change: The comfort doesn’t need to stop when you have a night out with your friends planned! Swap out the sandals for heels for a cute, casual combo.
