WHAT TO WEAR: Class

February 29th, 2016 at 2:10am

Baseball season is steadily approaching this March. Start to show your team spirit by sporting a baseball cap to your winter attire. This Fashionista exhibits an appropriate cold weather look on those long days of classes.

Like any city, Toronto is passionate about their sport teams, especially the Toronto Blue Jays. Representing your home team is simple and fashionable. Style your casual look by wearing a military-inspired jacket, scarf and baseball hat. Walk the halls with black platform boots to dress up your look, which is similar to this Fashionista.

Accessories such as baseball caps and beanies are essential to a bad hair day, or when you’re feeling nonchalant. Personally, I like to wear one of my countless beanies or when the weather is a bit warmer, I opt for my souvenir baseball cap from San Francisco’s Muir Woods National Monument. Overall, this is a casual outfit that’s a home run for campus style.

This Fashionista carries her notebooks and pens in a compact, faux leather shoulder bag. Also, the zipper detail is minimal and compatible with any look. This bag totally comes in handy when you only have a few classes, and you don’t have to lug a full course load of books.

One Simple Change: Is the weather warming up? Dress for spring in a flash by ditching the scarf. Then, change out of the jacket into a lightweight bomber or windbreaker. Keep the color palette to a neutral, because as The Devil Wears Prada‘s Miranda Priestly said, ‘Florals? For spring? Groundbreaking.'”
