WHAT TO WEAR: Back to School

August 24th, 2016 at 2:00am

The best part about going back to school is the new clothes and strutting your new looks around campus. With a new year, comes new styles. Transitioning your fashion from summer to fall should not be hard either, it should be fun like everything else. Mix in pieces from both seasons to ease your way into it and play around with it. Add in some darker colors while still wearing your favorite jean shorts. Like I always say, have fun with it.

This Fashionista did just that. She wore a super cute off-the-shoulder fall dress layered with a light lace long vest. Over it all she added a super trendy western belt to pull it all together. The belt is really essential because it changes the whole look and shape of the dress! And of course she added another fall season accent with the block heels. She kept it simple with accessorizing and just wore one chunky tribal cuff. I loved this look first off because it is my style and super trendy. It also really works with the transition of seasons coming up for back to school. It was still cool enough for the summer heat, but worked with the fall season colors and trends.

One Simple Change: If this outfit were to be for more of the cold weather I could remove the vest and put of maybe a funky vintage jacket and put on a closed toe heel or even some over-the-knee boots! These small changes could keep this trendy look but keep you warm!
