WHAT TO WEAR: But First, Brunch.

Whether it’s a casual meal at a hipster cafe, or a large buffet at a classy hotel, every weekend would not be complete without a Saturday or Sunday brunch. Yes, the vital thing about any brunch is what dishes you will be indulging in, but the next most important is the outfit. Brunch gives us an opportunity to dress in trendy, modern outfits, allowing us to enjoy decadent food while looking fabulous.

There are a multitude of outfit choices that could be worn while brunching on the weekend. In the spring and summer time, Fashionistas can dress in beautiful blouses, dresses, skirts, and, my favorite, white jeans. In the fall and winter time, the fads tend to lean toward sweater dresses, bulky sweaters, leather paints, velvet/suede tops, and bottoms. My personal favorite outfit would either be white ripped jeans with a pink top and my brown floppy hat, or my simple black sweater dress with suede, knee-high boots.

Spotted: A Fashionista in short lace white dress, brunching away at a hotel rooftop in Mumbai, India. She paired this high-neck dress with a simple tan sandal, layering bracelets, and topping the outfit off with simple dangling gold earrings. I found this outfit to be perfect for a hot Sunday afternoon and depicts what a summer outfit would be.

When brunching at a hotel rooftop, it gives us an excuse to dress fancier than usual and who wouldn’t want it that way?! Brunch is not just a meal but a way of life. The way you dress affects your brunching experience in a positive and fantastic way. So grab your stylish fedora, put on your rocking heels, and head to the nearest brunch place you can find. Come on, what Fashionista wouldn’t want to indulge in this lifestyle?!
