With the weather getting warm most days and the sun shining, it is important to keep ourselves sane by experiencing the great outdoors. For me, being outside is one of my favorite things. Sunny days can make any person get back in their best mood and keep our daily anxieties in check. Beauty can come in all forms and practices. This Fashionista’s version of beauty is making sure she feels as best as possible by doing fitness activities. Whatever activity you decide, adding stylish workout gear will leave you looking just as great as you feel.

Keeping on-trend with patterned leggings and comfortable Nike running shoes, she is ready to conquer anything outdoors. This Fashionista went for a more natural look by adding just a bit of moisturizer to her face. We discussed the importance of fitness, what fitness means to her, and how fitness is great for your mental health. We agreed that no matter who you are or how old you are, everyone can benefit from being active, even in the smallest way. Being active keeps you focused, gives you motivation, and a sense of purpose. The real beauty is feeling great on the inside and outside and finding what makes you truly happy.
