STYLE GURU STYLE: Jumping for Jumpsuits

Since I am a girl who loves both cute and comfy clothes, the runway collection I enjoyed the most was Nicole Miller’s resort 2016 collection. Nicole Miller’s collection is the perfect collection for me since the line consists of stylish, yet comfortable clothing. Her resort 2016 collection is definitely a favorite of mine because her clothes give off such a laid-back, summery vibe. These are the types of clothes I would love to recreate with my own pieces that I would buy for the summer. They give off a look that is both sophisticated and “cool for the summer,” all while also giving that street style look.

The one piece of clothing I decided to recreate was the sleeveless jumpsuit. Although my jumpsuit is cinched at the ankle instead of flowy, I thought it had a similar enough style and cut. I also noticed that the models had sandals with a thick band in the front, so I paired my jumpsuit with my new favorite heeled sandals.

While this look is very minimalistic, I wanted to add some gold jewelry to my outfit, such as my gold ring and gold cuff. I also decided to polish my nails a lime green color to brighten up my look. Then, I completed my outfit with my new bag from Urban Outfitters, which is both cute and roomy. The bag looks small, but it can fit almost everything a commuter needs. These are my favorite bags to purchase.

Get the Look: 1. A cute jumpsuit 2. Cute sandals 3. A neutral and roomy satchel.
