STYLE GURU STYLE: Good Girl Gone Bad

Leather jacket, pants, leggings, gloves, you name it! Leather is always a great look to rock as it is always a chic, clean-cut look.

My inspiration of this look gives thanks to Alexander McQueen’s fall 2015 ready-to-wear collection. The looks are consisted of different forms of leather. Paper thin leather used as socks to a leather dress. I used my inspiration from this fall fashion show to combine a leather on leather, chic look. This is exactly what designer Sarah Burton did by having the models dressed head to toe in leather. Everyone needs leather in their closet—it is a must!

Leather does not always need to be worn together as I did. It can be mixed and matched with other materials. Your favorite pair of jeans, as well as any color will go perfectly with a leather jacket. Same goes for leather leggings and a sheer loose fit blouse will finish a fun flirty look.

In my outfit, I combined a black leather with a washed out blue pant. My pants were also a pleather material from Zara. Pleather can be used as a substitute for a more friendly affordable look. Underneath my bomber jacket I wore a subtle solid color to keep it clean. To keep this outfit trendy, I wore tied sandals from Topshop which complemented the outfit due to the soft black leather material. I combined Topshop items with the Zara apparel for a complete and perfect trendy outfit.

Leather has been in style for years and still continues to be at the top of any Fashionista’s/o’s list. So grab anything leather and mix materials around to find your RAD outfit!

Get My Look: 1. A leather bomber jacket. 2. Pleather light-colored pants. 3. Any solid colored shirt.
