STYLE GURU STYLE: 24 Hour Chic

As previously mentioned in my Style Guru Bio I do not have a particular style but it tends to be more on the trendy and sophisticated side. I love to add accessories to complete my looks, my favorite are handbags, rings, bracelets, or any jewelry really.

I choose a stylish half-sleeve black cotton sweater because it fits the transitional winter to spring weather in San Francisco. The beautiful sequins embellished collar elevates the look. The sweater actually reminds me a bit of the movie, Breakfast at Tiffany’s but with a modern take to it, including the silhouette. This look is both modern and urban.

You can wear this outfit while adventuring through the many places throughout the city by the bay. Whether you are at places such as Twin Peaks, Dolores Park, the Ferry Building, the Golden Gate Bridge, or Sutro Baths. However, you can still be able to rock it at a nice dinner with friends or family. In my case at a teppanyaki dinner at Benihana in Japan Town with family.

I decided to pair the sweater with a trendy light wash ripped skinny jeans. The suede tan booties with a heel that is short enough to walk around comfortably but still have a heel. The look is accessorized with a minimal, yet elegant Daniel Wellington black and rose gold watch and an enameled colored bracelet. The look is topped off with a bold stroke of MAC Pink Pigeon lipstick, which is perfect for spring. Lastly, a California and spring essential a pair of blue mirrored Ray-Ban aviators.
