Hi everyone! I’m Taylor. I find inspiration in art, people, music, nature, literature and culture. To me, fashion is an accumulation of all of these things. What we wear says something about who we are, where we come from and what we do. I am beyond stoked to begin my time here at CollegeFashionista. There is so much more to me than just being an extreme fashion enthusiast. I am currently a rising junior studying Fashion Merchandising, Business and our country’s legal system at Marist College, all while swimming Division I and using my entrepreneurial skills to build my own company (hopefully).

My friends would describe me as a free-spirited health freak who cannot sit still or wear sweatpants in public. The only times I can relax are during yoga or a tropical vacation…or maybe a facial. Anyways, on a more serious note, I have nothing but good vibes about this summer. I’ll be working hard in the office learning more about the world of business, hopefully launching my product line and recovering from breaking both of my arms and getting surgery this past spring. I’ll finally be getting back into the swing of things in the pool. Most importantly, my number one goal for this summer is to inspire my readers one outfit at a time.

My style cannot be easily defined. One day I could be wearing all black with a choker and the next I could be wearing a lace maxi dress with a gold head chain. I dress to fit the role I feel like playing when I wake up that morning. As they say…life is a theater, right? If you wake up tomorrow morning and decide that you want to look like you’re about to go grab coffee in the Hampton’s with a friend, buy the shirt, skirt, bag, hat, shoes and sunglasses I stepped out in the other day.
