Hello everyone! My name is Mackenzie, this semester will mark my fourth with CollegeFashionista, so I will keep it short and sweet! For those of you who follow my articles this summer, it is going to be very different for me because I am moving to New York City for 10 weeks for a sales internship with a fashion company. I can’t wait! This summer is going to be a good one, I hope you follow me along and get to experience some of this adventure with me! I will be returning to Indiana University in the fall as a junior, so crazy, but for now New York is calling my name.
For my outfit today I went for comfy, but cute. This is a casual everyday outfit for me and usually going to class this is what I look like. Today was my move out day from my apartment at school so I chose my favorite pair of Brandy Melville sweatpants, which are the softest pair I have ever found, paired with a cute printed top from Lauren Conrad’s new Alice in Wonderland collection. I have a slight obsession with the movie and this top just called my name even though I’m never late for anything. If this shirt isn’t your style though, any slouchy printed tee will work! For accessories I wore my thick banded platform sandals, a white lace bralette, a black cross-body bag and my favorite pair of gold sunglasses!
