STYLE GURU BIO: Levi Sebree

Hello, Fashionistas! My mom told me that she remembers me, at a young age, picking out fabrics in Hancock Fabrics and being completely shocked that a six year old could match prints and colors so effortlessly. Throughout my life I’ve had aspirations to work in the fashion industry and live in a big city. Currently, I’m trying to make my childhood dreams come true by becoming immersed in the fashion program at my university. This is my first semester with CollegeFashionista and I am completely thrilled. Seeing others’ successes that kick-started because of this program makes me incredibly anxious for the future. This semester I hope to produce great content, develop professionally, have the opportunity to work with brands and overall have a blast!

I like to consider my style adventurous and ever-changing. However, lately I’ve been reaching for primary colors and articles that scream the ’60s. My all time favorite fashion icon is Twiggy; I have always admired her bold look. Ultimately, I wear what I like and what I think is cool, regardless of what other people think. I live by the idea that style is something that carries no bounties.

I am currently a sophomore at Ball State University studying public relations and fashion. I was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. Although, I have plenty of Hoosier pride, my ideal home out of college is in Chicago. In my free time you can find me watching YouTube makeup tutorials, eating snow cones, watching Harry Potter or designing my future “closet room.” I am so grateful for this experience and where this semester takes me!
