My name is Karen Ramon, and I could not be more excited to have the opportunity to be a Style Guru this summer and show you guys my summer trend finds. I am currently a senior majoring in Marketing at Temple University, and I am absolutely in love with my school. This is because I have found a home away from home through my sorority here a Temple, and Temple has also allowed me to endlessly fall in love with the beautiful city of Philadelphia. I find myself very lucky to have had the opportunity to go to college a subway ride away from the city because it has so much to offer. From sightseeing, restaurants, concerts to shops, the city of Philadelphia will never bore you. That being the case, I am so excited to be living in the city this summer because I know I will always have somewhere new to go in order to get inspired with new trends.
Philadelphia gives me new fashion inspiration. I have found myself being more comfortable taking risks with my personal style, and it is honestly so much fun. I am also obsessed with bohemian fashion because it allows for creativity and individuality. One of my favorite stores that made me fall in love with fashion and clothes is Free People because it makes me feel comfortable, creative and adventurous. This is why I love fashion—it allows you to tell a story about yourself through it.
Therefore, as a Style Guru this summer, I am hoping to increase my creativity in fashion and demonstrate my favorite inspirations through my posts!
