STYLE GURU BIO: Julianna Eicholz

Hello fellow fashion lovers! My name is Julianna Eicholz and I am an upcoming sophomore fashion merchandising major at Kent State University, which is located in a small Ohio town. Although I have big dreams of moving down south or to New York City after I graduate, I am extremely grateful that one of the top fashion schools in the country is just a short drive away from my home.

I don’t have an exact story about how I began to love fashion. For as long as I can remember, I have always loved shopping and looking my best. I began reading fashion magazines in late middle school, soon enough torn out inspiration pictures and sketches covered my bedroom walls. As the years went on, my love for fashion only increased. When I found out I could make a career out of my passion, I knew that was what I was meant to do. Ever since then I have tried to pursue as many fashion-related opportunities as I can, from working years in retail to this CollegeFashionista internship!

My personal style is ever changing since I tend to choose my outfits based on my mood and what is trending. Yet, I will admit that I am the definition of a girly girl. Pink, floral print, Gossip Girl, monograms and dresses are all things that I adore. However, I don’t wear bows and pearls every day!  In this look, I mixed a bold floral pattern top with tribal print joggers. I just added a black cardigan, basic black wedges, simple yet pretty jewelry and sunglasses since the rest of my look is so bold.

I’m so excited to share this summer with readers who adore fashion as much as I do! I look forward to learning and experiencing new things that I can share with all my followers. Check back every Monday for a new article showcasing fashion through my eyes!
