Over the past few years, minimalism and streetwear has been trending. Simple-chic outfits with an athletic aspect has been seen everywhere. Kanye West, Gigi Hadid and more celebrities are seen out and about with this style. It is definitely seen more in the Fall and Winter.
This fashionista was rocking all gray sneakers that matched her cardigan. She kept it simple by wearing black distressed jeans, plain white top and a white cap.
When it comes to streetwear, the first thing I think of are shoes, which are usually sneakers. There are so many types of sneakers for different activities like running, basketball, skateboarding and more. They each have their own look and style that can completely change your outfit.
Baseball caps has also been a fashion trend on the rise. This type of hat has been seen everywhere recently but it’s what is embroidered onto it that makes it unique. I believe the urge to have a minimalistic/streetwear aesthetic on Tumblr or Instagram started this trend. I fully support where the trend has come to; at first they were seen with some type of logo embroidered, for example Nike or Polo. Now, there are also unique caps with fun and cool art on them.
Overall, this type of style can be manipulated in so many ways. It is up to the Fashionista/o to create their own look.
