STYLE ADVICE: Keeping It Cute for Spring

May 2nd, 2017 at 2:00am

Springtime is quickly approaching and we are all ready to make that transition from the frigid winter to spring. Transitioning your wardrobe from one season to another can be a bit of a hassle, which is why many people tend to avoid it until the last minute. Some advice to get your wardrobe ready for any upcoming season is to shop out of season. For example, during the winter if you see a cute bomber jacket or some basic T-shirts for the spring, don’t hesitate to scoop them up. Purchasing things for the upcoming season is always more convenient when you shop out of season. Then when that season finally arrives, you will be surprised how many pieces you already have in your wardrobe. Shopping out of season can also save you a lot of money from certain items being discounted since it’s not for that particular season.

This grad school Fashionista is all set for this wonderful springtime weather that has arrived. To kick off this super cute outfit, she has on a classic tie front plaid shirt paired with a basic pair of dark blue skinny jeans. An outfit for spring isn’t complete without a cute pair of booties and a neutral toned bomber jacket. She kept her makeup fun, fresh, and flirty by adding a nice bold hot pink lip with the perfect winged eyeliner. The hot pink lip adds a nice pop of color to her neutral toned outfit. She kept her accessories simple by only wearing her school ring on her manicured nail paired with hooped earrings.

This Fashionista is springtime approved!
