If there is one staple, one must have, one necessity in a Fashionista’s wardrobe, it would be the classic white button-down. The versatility and ease of the piece makes it indispensable.
It can be dressed down for a day in the city or dressed up for a business casual event. I could have all of the clothes in the world, but my go-to guilty pleasure piece is always and forever will be the simple and sleek white button-down.
I remember when I was in high school, I wore this staple at least once I week. I’ve paired it with my favorite Ralph Lauren jeans with a frayed detailing on the bottom, and a pair of suede nude booties. I’ve accessorized with a rustic chunky necklace and my Kate Spade cross-body bag. The navy wide brim hat from Vince Camuto and a mid-length tan vest completes this simple, yet stylish look.
Everyone who knows me and my personal style knows that I love wearing white button-downs. If I could only wear one outfit for the rest of my life, this shirt would definitely be a part of it.
