You may have noticed that College Fashionista has recently changed a bit—but it’s not just our website that’s gotten an upgrade. Along with our new branding, curriculum, and fellowship program, we’re also relaunching our podcast to capture candid phone calls with the inspiring entrepreneurs that you want to hear from the most. We’re diving into the careers and the college years of our favorite well-known industry insiders to give you a peek at how they got where they are today and how they started their businesses.

In our latest episode of CF Office Hours, we’re welcoming back Katherine Power and Hillary Kerr, who are the co-founders of Clique Media Group, College Fashionista’s parent company. In May 2016, CF’s founder, Amy Levin, sat down for her first interview with Power and Kerr—a meeting that would ultimately lead to the acquisition of our community a little over a year later, where we joined Who What Wear, Byrdie, MyDomaine, and Obsessee in the CMG family.

For this episode of CF Office Hours, we wanted to take a deeper look at this power duo’s past to see how they got where they are today and to hear their future plans for the incredible company we call home. Listen now to hear Power and Kerr’s approach to building a business from the ground up, being female leaders in the media industry, and shaping a company where all people can thrive.
