#CFsweats: Ten Things You Should Have In Your Gym Bag

Like with most things, being prepared is key—especially when it comes to hitting the gym. We took the guess work out of what to pack for your next sweat sesh by giving you a peek into our stocked (and stylish) gym bag. With this duffel in tow, there is no excuse why you can’t squeeze in those 30 minutes on the treadmill.

Here are our ten essentials to make sure your ready to sweat.

1. The perfect gym bag: The camo print of this duffel instantly sets the tone for your workout. Plus it looks great on your commute to and from the gym.

2. Hair ties: Fabric hair ties are one of the greatest inventions. They allow you to keep your hair out of your face without the dreaded post-workout crimp.

3. Ear buds: Music is an absolute must for a great workout. Pop in your ear buds, throw on your favorite playlist (or check out our #CFsweats playlist for inspiration) and get ready to move.

4. Sneakers: These days, I practically live in sneakers (thank you athleisure!). I always have a spare pair in my gym bag for those rare occasions I decide to live “dangerously” and wear sandals or heels.

5. Snacks: There is nothing worse than working out hungry. Fuel your self with a nutrition bar pre-workout to make the most of your sweat session. Just be careful to read the labels and avoid snacks super high in sugar!

6. Face wipes: A full face of makeup has no place in the gym. (Hello breakouts!) Stock up on face wipes that double as make-up remover to clean up before and after you sweat.

7. Water bottle: Hydrating is workout 101. Keep a reusable water bottle in your gym bag to do good by your body and the environment.

8. Pouch: I always have at least two pouches in my gym bag: one for those small must-haves and one to toss my sweaty sports bra and tank into after my workout is complete.

9. Dry shampoo: Faux showers are the new real showers. Freshen up your mane post run with a few spritzes of dry shampoo and you will be good to go.

10. Extra white T-shirt: An extra T-shirt allows you to go straight from the gym to brunch with girlfriends without being the “smelly friend.” Treat yourself to a nutritious veggie omelet—you earned it!
