With a rich history of 54 years, Polly Adams is the go-to spot for any Fashionista looking to streamline and update her wardrobe. I caught up with one of Polly Adam’s fashion consultants to get her take on what makes this boutique so special.

CollegeFashionista: What is you favorite part about working at Polly Adams?
Jelina Berlanga: Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve always enjoyed fashion. It’s something that’s always changing and that’s really what excites me. Being able to see all the new styles that come in every season gives me a first look at what will be trending and I love that.
CF: What is Polly Adam’s style all about?
JB: Polly Adam’s image is all about being classic with a modern twist. The store started off quite contemporary, but over the years it has evolved and embraced new trends while still staying true to its timeless aesthetic.
CF: What do you have your eye on for the spring season?
JB: We’re going to be bringing in a lot of pastels like soft pinks, mints and cool blue tones. I’m really excited to see dresses and rompers in these colors hanging on our racks!
CF: What are your favorite pieces to buy at Polly Adams?
JB: I love our denim! My favorite label is J Brand because you know that you’re getting a really high quality pair of jeans that’s going to last you for a good while. I also love our eclectic tops and jewelry for fancier outings like dates or dinners.
