As we are half-way through July and with our not so endless summer, the heat seems to be more real and hotter than ever. One step outside, and I feel like I’m in a sauna and with all of the heat and humidity that my part of the East Coast can bring, I often don’t even feel like leaving my comfortably air-conditioned house. For this reason, I am always looking for something light and cool to wear around town to beat the heat.

You can even add a pair of wedges to dress it up a bit more, and add a large clutch, preferably a patterned or a brightly colored one, would give this look a little more flare.
