WHAT TO WEAR: Spring

Spring has finally arrived on campus and although pollen is filling the air and annoying allergy-prone students, there’s something about spring fashion that adds an exciting air to campus.

Light colors appeal to the eye during the spring as the weather is in the midst of transforming. This Fashionisto had the best look I’ve seen on campus this season. He took light gray hues and created a monochromatic look that was classic and spring-like.

The highlight of this look for me were the Yeezy Boosts that he wore. He added his own swag to them, which is how he succeeded with this look. To complement his killer shoes that everyone wants, this Fashionisto wore light gray ripped skinny jeans. For the spring, it is not yet time to wear shorts and it is too nice to walk around campus with boring sweatpants. He got it just right with a skinny pair of jeans that were extra light and went with the rest of his outfit.

The gray hues for spring didn’t stop at the shoes and jeans- the bottom style was accompanied by a plain gray T-shirt and a gray bomber jacket that had amazing varsity detail. His bomber stood out, along with his Yeezys, because it is composed of different materials. Some parts were cotton and others were nylon, but the whole jacket had varsity/bomber swag to it. This Fashionisto’s jacket put the icing on the cake for the whole outfit. What better way to say hello to spring on campus than this monochrome look. The swag from head to toe speaks volumes in this look and that is what spring is all about.

One Simple Change: Instead of accessorizing with gold, like his chain and watch, incorporate silver. Silver accessories and gray hues are very appealing to the eye and complement each other flawlessly!
