WHAT TO WEAR: Interviews

Interviews can be tricky and not to mention nerve-racking, so when going to an interview, you want to feel as comfortable as possible. There are different ways to make the interview process more relaxed, but I know I always feel the most comfortable when I love my outfit. Having the right outfit not only immediately shows you’re personality but also how seriously you take the process.

This Fashionista was ready to rock her interview and catch the eyes of the panel when she wore this adorable summer outfit. She chose to go with a pair of white pants, which are always a good choice to be dressy but not too formal. The white pants were a great choice to start off with because they can go with anything and balance out the rest of your outfit. On top of her white pants, is the perfect summer blouse. It’s flowy and not restraining with just enough pattern to not blind the person interviewing you. To match her turquoise top, she paired a close-toed ballet flat. The ballet flat is always a good option because it’s not painful like a heel but still professional. To make her outfit even better, this Fashionista wore a small cross-body bag that matches her outfit in every way.

Every interview is different and you need to be prepared and dress appropriately. Take some serious notes from this Fashionista if you are looking to stay cool, calm and collected but still make a lasting impression.

One Simple Change: This outfit is great just the way it is and is the perfect ensemble to land your summer internship, but if you were to take the ballet flat out and add a great wedge sandal you’re ready to meet your new boyfriend’s parents.
