Floral has been a fashionable pattern for many years. Not only are flowers used as decoration, but they also add a girly touch to any outfit. Floral originates from the east and Asia where people brought designs to Europe that were sold for a lot of money. Fast-forward to the Middle Ages, when floral was shown more and used by Italian merchants and today is almost every lady’s favorite pattern.
With the summer coming soon to an end and it being August, I decided to go for a summery look with an edgy fall twist. I mixed in my own take on the Bally resort 2016 collection. This collection, like my outfit, takes different types of styles and puts them into one. The outfit of choice I wanted to replicate was one just like mine, expect more details were added like a purse. Of course, topping it all off with a leather jacket.
Starting with my outfit, I didn’t wear much jewelry except for a silver choker. For my shirt, I wore a pink crop top. I covered myself up a bit with a leather jacket. Going down, for bottoms I paired my shirt with a floral designed skirt and some heeled boots. The floral skirt with a pop of girly flair from my pink top, along with an edgy leather jacket and heeled shoes makes this outfit sing feminine edge! Keep living on the edge, Fashionistas/os!
