Hi fashion addicts ! My name is Allyna (ALL-LEE-NAH), and I am a third year fashion student at The Art Institute of Tennessee-Nashville. As a first time Style Guru I am so excited to be a part of the CollegeFashionista family during my summer internship.
I have lived in Nashville a few years now, and I am grateful to be in a city that has so much to offer socially and scenically. Nashville is known for being the music capitol with a heavy influence in country music and cowboy boots. But it has so much more to offer, there is an untapped world of fashion is here.
Critics of fashion often associate the concept with superficiality and frivolity, but in reality, fashion plays a major part in self-expression. How you choose to style your pieces and how you incorporate accessories can play a part in others’ first impression of you. You might say that you don’t care about your look, but that attitude, in all irony, does translate into the way you dress.
I consider myself a rare talent dedicated to always providing high-quality art through: hard work, enthusiasm, artful tactics and brilliant fashion sense. I get inspired through movies, music and different unconventional textiles. Rarely do I stick to one type of style, I like to experience different walks of life and have it transcend through my sense of fashion.
I love fashion and i can not wait to show more of my insight on fashion this summer. I look forward to sharing with you all the wonderful people I come across on the bustling streets of Nashville and various places that I inhabit on my travels.
