Happy Cinco de Mayo! For you trivia buffs, the actual significance of this holiday is the celebration of the Mexican Army’s unlikely defeat of the French in the Battle of Puebla. To the rest of the world, it seems like as good of an excuse as any to down some serious tacos. (As if a good excuse was needed….)

But celebrating this holiday doesn’t just come down the great debate of flour versus corn tortillas. There are plenty of ways to recognize this holiday that don’t (just) involve tacos.
