A liquid product with a very thin tip would work best for this look, but it all depends on what you decide to draw on the bottom lash line. The dress also adds personality to this look. I could not find the exact dress but there is no shortage of shirts with a similar design. I caught this Fashionista on the way to class and she rocked her leather backpack!
