AROUND TOWN: Clever Clover Boutique

If you have ever been to Michigan State University or East Lansing, you have probably found yourself wandering up and down Grand River Avenue. Whether you were looking for a place to eat or shop, you were probably overwhelmed by all of the options available to you. With chain stores such as Urban Outfitters and Pitaya, it is easy to pick something you are familiar with rather than venture somewhere new. But, one boutique that should not be overlooked is Clever Clover.

Feeling like a cross between Anthropologie and Free People, but with much better prices, this boutique is any college girl’s paradise. Carrying everything from unique jewelry to candles and home décor, there is truly something for everyone. You can find something for every occasion and almost every style between Clever Clover and its sister store, Mad Eagle, located just a few streets away. Whether you are looking for a few casual pieces to wear around campus or a dress for a sorority formal, you will surely find what you need here.
