As previously mentioned, Katie Leclerc and Vanessa Marano, the stars of ABC Family’s hit show, “Switched at Birth,” are CollegeFashionista’s inaugural “Fashion Influencers.”
While these ladies play fashionable characters on screen, Katie and Vanessa are Fashionistas in their own right as well. We pulled some of our favorite looks and asked Katie and Vanessa to give us some insight on how they felt about these fashion moments.
Last week we showed you Katie’s favorite looks. Now it is Vanessa’s turn to shed some light on some of her favorite fashion moments and the stories behind them!
1. I was presenting at The Young Hollywood Awards and wore this suit that I loved. I don’t ever do pink, but something about the fitted blazer against black pants made it awesome.
2. I got to wear this beautiful navy blue dress by J Mendel during fashion week. I felt super classy.
3. There was a red dress I wore on the show [Switched At Birth] in season one during episode 18. I totally borrowed it and wore on a red carpet for Time Warner Cable.
4. My most favorite recent look is from the HBO Golden Globe party. There’s nothing I love more than a black dress, and this one was spectacular.
